Who we are
Emerito is a creative content studio based in Medellín, Colombia. This site is emerito.co. For anything related to your personal data, write to us at miguel@emerito.co.
What we collect
Contact forms: your name, email address, and message, plus your organization and phone number if you choose to include them.
Analytics & cookies: we use measurement tools to understand how the site is used and how our content performs. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions with the site. Embedded content (such as YouTube videos) may also set its own cookies under the provider's policy.
The tools we use
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the tools below.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages, sessions, traffic sources).
- Meta Pixel — measures the performance of our content and ads on Meta platforms.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session insights (heatmaps, scroll behavior) to improve usability.
You can limit this tracking at any time: block cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's opt-out add-on. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta ad settings.
What we use it for
Form data is used for one thing: responding to your inquiry. Your message is delivered to our inbox by Formspree (our form provider, acting as a data processor), and you receive an automatic confirmation. Analytics data is used to improve the site and our content. We don't sell your data or add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
Your message lives in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data) you may know, update, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and revoke any authorization you've given us. To exercise any of these rights, email miguel@emerito.co and we'll respond within the legal terms.
