Home in Motion
What if buyers could see the space before it exists? Home in Motion turns renovations and listings into elegant 3D reveals: furniture appearing in place, materials changing, the final space unfolding before the first wall moves.
The inspiration came from the reveal animations of Property Brothers (Hermanos a la Obra): elegant 3D sequences where the new space assembles itself in front of the client. That moment, when someone finally sees the result, is the moment they say yes. We wanted to build that moment.
Sketch
Color study So we built it, twice: a living room and a kitchen, fully modeled, textured, and animated in Blender with realistic materials, lighting, and scale, plus a library of furniture and texture assets to dress any space. The animation is the differential: not a static render, but the transformation itself.
Then the market taught us something better. The people who need this most aren’t architects, who live inside their own CAD tools. It’s real estate marketing. With AI, a real apartment can be restyled again and again, and the vision becomes hyper-personalized listing content: the same apartment in Laureles marketed as a fun student flat to one audience and as a warm family home to another. One space, many stories, each ad speaking directly to its buyer.
Where it stands: the 3D craft is proven, and the AI workflow is in development. Interiors are detail-heavy and today’s models still produce artifacts, and we won’t publish work with glitches in it. The honest path is building the pipeline on a real listing, with a real client. That could be you.
